Ameeba is designed as an anonymous, privacy-first ecosystem. We do not require personal identifiable information (PII) such as names, phone numbers, or email addresses. All Ameeba products operate using alias-based identity and client-side encryption wherever possible.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Ameeba is built to minimize data collection. We only collect what is strictly necessary for functionality, security, and performance.

Your identity in Ameeba is represented solely by a unique alias.

This data is not connected to real-world identity.

1.3 Device Information

• Device type

• Basic hardware characteristics

This information is anonymous and cannot identify you.

1.4 IP Handling

• IPs may be briefly processed at the network edge for routing, security filtering, or rate-limiting.
• IPs are discarded immediately and are never written to long-term storage or linked to aliases.

1.5 Product-Specific Information

Because Ameeba includes multiple products, certain services process additional anonymized data:

Ameeba Wallet (Non-Custodial Crypto Wallet)

• Public blockchain addresses
• Transaction metadata sent to/from RPC nodes
• Wallet settings

All wallet keys remain client-side only.

Ameeba Vault (Encrypted File Storage)

Uploaded files are encrypted client-side before reaching our servers.

Membrane does not decrypt user content.

Ameeba AI may generate incorrect or harmful content, and should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

Immunity (Threat Detection System)

All data is anonymized and not tied to real-world identity.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

IP addresses may be temporarily processed for approximate geolocation but are not stored, shared, or linked to aliases. You remain anonymous to both Ameeba and third-party analytics providers.

Deletion of your alias or account deletes all associated data.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region).
Due to our anonymous architecture, we cannot verify user ages.
If a violation is discovered, we will delete the alias and associated data.

9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time.
Updates become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
